Update on a wild idea...

This past Saturday evening was the Alchemy art fundraiser, and I presented my March from the Dark Side (formerly known as Wilder Mann March), more than ably assisted by Shane Garner, who assembled the astonishing Wilder Mann mannequin.

The hippies immediately fell in love with the idea, and about 30 have signed up to be kept in the loop. How many of these end up participating remains to be seen, of course. Our requested budget was small, so I’m pretty sure we’ll be funded, and if not it’s not a big deal.

Next step is to begin recruiting via Alchemy’s Facebook page.

(In other news, the other art projects being presented for funding were all amazing, several playing off the theme of “Portals,” which I proposed.)
